About the Role
Arcadia Research is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team, focusing primarily on the Radian platform. Radian is our flagship protocol designed to transform alternative asset investing through AI-powered blockchain securitization. In this role, you will provide crucial support to senior financial analysts, assisting with day-to-day financial analysis tasks, data collection, and report preparation. This position is an excellent opportunity for growth, offering hands-on experience and development within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in conducting financial analysis on tokenized assets, market trends, and platform performance
- Support data collection, cleaning, and organization for financial models and reports
- Help prepare financial reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to research on market trends, economic data, and competitive analyses to inform decision-making
- Participate in monitoring the financial health of the Radian platform by tracking key performance indicators and metrics
- Provide administrative support for financial due diligence processes and assist in compiling documentation for audits and reviews
- Learn and develop financial modeling skills under the guidance of senior team members
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field (internship experience is also valuable)
- Are proficient in Excel and have a foundational understanding of financial modeling and data analysis techniques
- Possess strong attention to detail and can work effectively with large datasets
- Are eager to learn and grow within the financial analysis field, with a strong interest in alternative assets and blockchain technology
- Have good communication skills and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong candidates may also:
- Have experience with financial reporting tools or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Have a foundational understanding of blockchain technology or decentralized finance (DeFi)
- Be pursuing or have recently completed certifications like CFA Level 1 or relevant financial coursework
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Expected Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 USD
Logistics
Onsite policy: In general, we expect staff to be in one of our offices at least 60% of the time. However, some roles may require more time onsite, while some roles may allow for less.
