About the Role
Arcadia Research is seeking a diligent and analytical Risk Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on the Radian platform. Radian is our flagship protocol designed to transform alternative asset investing through AI-powered blockchain securitization. Working under the Chief Risk Officer, the Risk Analyst will be essential in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring various types of risks (market, credit, operational, etc.) associated with the platform's operations and the assets it manages. This role is vital for ensuring that Radian maintains a robust risk management framework aligned with institutional standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and evaluating key risks related to market fluctuations, credit exposure, operational challenges, and asset performance
- Analyze data to monitor risk trends and provide insights for mitigating potential vulnerabilities within the platform
- Support the development and implementation of risk assessment models and tools that align with the platform’s objectives and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather risk-related data and develop risk management strategies
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for the Chief Risk Officer and other senior executives, summarizing key findings and recommendations
- Contribute to stress testing, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the resilience of the platform under various market conditions
- Continuously monitor and review the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend improvements where necessary
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have 2-4 years of experience in risk analysis, financial analysis, or a related field with a focus on financial markets, securitization, or fintech
- Are proficient in risk assessment methodologies and have experience with risk management tools and software
- Have a solid understanding of financial products, especially in the context of asset-backed securities, credit risk, and market risk
- Possess strong analytical skills and can work effectively with large datasets to draw actionable insights
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong candidates may also:
- Have experience with blockchain-based financial products and an understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) risk dynamics
- Hold certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager)
- Have experience in stress testing and scenario analysis specific to alternative assets and emerging markets
- Show an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a strategic approach to risk management

Logistics
