About the Role
Arcadia Research is seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our engagement across government, corporate, and academic sectors. This role is critical for driving Arcadia’s mission forward by forging relationships that align with our vision of decentralized, inclusive technologies. As the Partnerships Manager, you will work within a team that doesn’t just build for the future – but helps others navigate it. You will manage strategic initiatives that span government relations, corporate partnerships, and academic collaborations, positioning Arcadia as a thought leader and catalyst for transformation across the global economic landscape.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships across government agencies, corporate entities, and academic institutions that align with Arcadia’s mission
- Lead initiatives that translate Arcadia’s research and insights into actionable strategies for public and private sector stakeholders
- Collaborate with policymakers to help shape forward-thinking tech policies that support decentralized systems and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, exploring opportunities for joint ventures, research projects, and collaborative products
- Foster academic collaborations that drive research, innovation, and thought leadership in blockchain technology and AI
- Represent Arcadia Research at conferences, industry events, and in meetings with high-level stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and partnership opportunities to keep Arcadia at the forefront of technological and economic change
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role, ideally within technology, government relations, or academia
- Are skilled in building and managing high-level relationships across sectors, with a track record of successful partnerships
- Possess a strong understanding of emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, and their socio-economic impacts
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Are strategic and forward-thinking, with a passion for driving large-scale change through collaborative initiatives
Strong candidates may also:
- Have experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or corporate strategy focused on technology and innovation
- Hold advanced degrees in business, public policy, or related fields
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of global economic trends and the future of decentralized finance
- Show a proactive attitude and an ability to drive results in fast-paced, evolving environments

Expected Annual Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD
Logistics
Onsite policy: In general, we expect staff to be in one of our offices at least 60% of the time. However, some roles may require more time onsite, while some roles may allow for less.
