About the Role

Arcadia Research is seeking a skilled and insightful Technical Writer to join our Marketing and Communications department. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced technology and clear, engaging communication. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive documentation, white papers, and technical content that articulate the principles, innovations, and impact of Arcadia’s decentralized technologies. Your work will ensure that our audience – from developers to policymakers – understands both the technical nuances and the broader implications of our products like Radian and the Harness Protocol. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our groundbreaking work is communicated and understood on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality documentation that explains complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, tailored to different audiences.
  • Write and edit white papers, technical blog posts, product guides, and developer documentation that reflect Arcadia’s mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and researchers to translate technical details into accessible language and narratives.
  • Develop content strategies that align with product launches, research publications, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with Arcadia’s brand voice, technical accuracy, and messaging goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in decentralized systems, blockchain, and AI to inform the development of relevant and impactful content.

Expected Annual Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 USD

Logistics

Onsite policy: In general, we expect staff to be in one of our offices at least 60% of the time. However, some roles may require more time onsite, while some roles may allow for less.
