About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Content Strategist to join Arcadia Research’s Marketing and Communications department. In this role, you will craft and execute content strategies that amplify our mission and communicate the impact of our decentralized technologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at storytelling and thought leadership, creating content that resonates across multiple platforms and speaks to diverse audiences – from developers to policymakers. As the content strategist, you will define how our narrative unfolds across the digital landscape, positioning Arcadia as a thought leader at the forefront of AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with Arcadia’s brand voice, business objectives, and mission-driven goals.
- Create compelling content plans for product launches, research publications, and campaigns that highlight our innovative work in decentralized systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, designers, and marketers to produce high-impact content across mediums (web, social media, white papers, blogs, etc.).
- Lead content calendar planning, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and engagement across all platforms.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize the reach and impact of our communications.
- Drive the creation of thought leadership content, including op-eds, reports, and presentations that position Arcadia as a key player in the future of decentralized systems.

Expected Annual Salary: $85,000 - $160,000 USD
Logistics
Onsite policy: In general, we expect staff to be in one of our offices at least 60% of the time. However, some roles may require more time onsite, while some roles may allow for less.
