About the Role

Arcadia Research is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Protocol Engineering team, focusing on our Radian protocol. Radian is our flagship platform, designed to revolutionize alternative asset investing through AI-powered blockchain securitization. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the center of scaling, optimizing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports Radian’s core blockchain services. You’ll have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies while ensuring the seamless operation of our decentralized systems.

Current Openings:

  • DevOps Engineer, Radian Protocol: As a DevOps Engineer for the Radian Protocol, you will play a critical role in deploying and maintaining scalable blockchain infrastructure. You will work closely with the engineering and research teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance across all environments.

    Your responsibilities will include automating deployment processes, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and implementing monitoring systems that allow for proactive identification of issues. You will also be involved in optimizing cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and managing blockchain nodes to support the smooth functioning of the Radian ecosystem. This role provides a unique opportunity to apply your DevOps expertise to the growing field of decentralized finance, contributing to a platform designed to transform the future of alternative asset markets.

    Key responsibilities include managing and scaling blockchain nodes, automating deployment and monitoring processes, ensuring the security and reliability of the Radian protocol infrastructure, and optimizing cloud resource usage. You’ll collaborate closely with protocol engineers to maintain seamless integration between different components of our blockchain ecosystem while continuously improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the deployment and scaling of blockchain infrastructure
  • Monitor and manage blockchain nodes, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
  • Automate repetitive tasks and optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability
  • Collaborate with protocol engineers to deploy updates and manage system configurations
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and proactively address issues

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), or a related field
  • Are proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Have experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and automation scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Are passionate about blockchain technology and its potential to reshape financial systems

Strong candidates may also:

  • Have experience managing blockchain infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum nodes, custom blockchain frameworks)
  • Be familiar with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
  • Have knowledge of security best practices for decentralized applications and blockchain protocols
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of distributed systems and how they interact with cloud environments

Expected Annual Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 USD
